Casa Tres Leones – Policies & Payments

Reservations

We prefer a minimum stay of at least 2 nights in our Ajijic Inn.

A non- refundable 50% deposit (see Cancellation Policy) or a minimum of one night’s stay (nightly rack rate) – whichever is greater – is required to guarantee your reservation.

Payment through PayPal

By debit card or credit card

PayPal is a secure on-line payment system used globally. By clicking on the PayPal button below it will bring you straight to the Casa Tres Leones Bed and Breakfast payment screen.

Enter the payment amount in U.S. dollars and PayPal automatically deposits your amount into Alix Wilson’s CTL business account.

If you have a bank account or PayPal account you may make an e-check payment.

Payment of Balance

The balance of your account must be paid in US Dollars or equivalent pesos upon check – in. We do not accept personal cheques, travellers cheques or credit cards for payment of the balance.

There are several Automatic Teller Machines (ATM’s) around the village where pesos can easily be obtained – keep in mind your daily withdrawal limit.

Cancellations

Our Bed and Breakfast rooms are rented by advance reservations only and must be confirmed by email.

We will hold the room/s reserved for the dates agreed.

We cannot be held responsible for travel delays, health issues, inclement weather or early departures. (You may want to take out travel & holiday insurance)

Because we are a small Inn cancellations affect us greatly and whilst we sympathise with you in the event of any of the above issues occurring we adhere to a strict cancellation policy.

Cancellations must be made 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival date or your deposit may not be refunded. If we are able to re-rent your room, a $50 processing fee will be deducted from your refund (if any).

Guests are responsible for payment of ALL nights reserved regardless of actual arrival or departure date. There will be no refunds for late arrivals or early departure.

Check – In & Check – Out

Check -In is available after 1pm.
Please let us know in advance your expected time of arrival.

Check-Out is 11am.
If you require a later check-out please ask and we may be able to accommodate you.

However we are a small Ajijic Inn so please understand that this may not always be possible.
