Our Rooms and Rates

Rates from $70 to $150 USD per night inclusive of breakfast and all taxes.

To guarantee your reservation we require a 50% deposit. (See cancellation policy below).

10% discount for all bookings of more than three nights.

Weekly and monthly rates available on request.

We prefer a minimum stay of 2 nights.

All the Suites are comfortable, complete and unique. When you stay with us, you will discover your favorite Suite and want to reserve it every time you return.

Each Suite has the color and flavor of México, with individual terrazzas or gardens, full private bath (with towel warmers), dressing robes, alarm clocks, satellite television, and shampoos and lotions.

Whether you choose King, Queen or Full-size beds, each Suite will provide a relaxing night's rest.

All of the Suites have air-conditioning, and effective fans.

Every night you stay, you will wake up to a wonderful specialty breakfast - fresh orange juice, steaming hot coffee or tea, fresh fruits, home-made muffins with butter and jams.

Breakfasts are served from 8:00 am to 9:30 am.

If you have special dietary needs please let us know before you arrive.

For those who just cannot escape the office back home, we can provide access to the Internet.

For those special occasions (birthdays, Anniversaries, or just-because) we can arrange for Mariachis or a Mañanitas (special birthday serenade). Just let us know in advance.

Terraza Suite

King Size Bed- right on the main balcony with direct access to breakfast area.

Mirador Suite

2 Double Beds- with own private balcony and access to Mirador (roof top) overlooking lake and village.

Rose Garden Suite

King Size Bed- Overlooking Rose Garden on lower level.

Lovers' Suite

King Size Bed- Prime room in the Inn-with own private balcony overlooking lake and village.

La Cocina Suite

King Size Bed- with full kitchen facilities and private terrace with dining and sitting area on lower level.

Casa Tres Leones – Policies & Payments

Reservations

We prefer a minimum stay of at least 2 nights.

A non- refundable 50% deposit (see Cancellation Policy) or a minimum of one night’s stay (nightly rack rate) – whichever is greater – is required to guarantee your reservation.

Payment through PayPal

By debit card or credit card

PayPal is a secure on-line payment system used globally. By clicking on the PayPal button below it will bring you straight to the Casa Tres Leones payment screen.

Enter the payment amount in U.S. dollars and PayPal automatically deposits your amount into Alix Wilson’s CTL business account.

If you have a bank account or PayPal account you may make an e-check payment.

Payment of Balance

The balance of your account must be paid in US Dollars or equivalent pesos upon check – in. We do not accept personal cheques, travellers cheques or credit cards for payment of the balance.

There are several Automatic Teller Machines (ATM’s) around the village where pesos can easily be obtained – keep in mind your daily withdrawal limit.

Cancellations

Rooms are rented by advance reservations only and must be confirmed by email.

We will hold the room/s reserved for the dates agreed.

We cannot be held responsible for travel delays, health issues, inclement weather or early departures. (You may want to take out travel & holiday insurance)

Because we are a small Inn cancellations affect us greatly and whilst we sympathise with you in the event of any of the above issues occurring we adhere to a strict cancellation policy.

Cancellations must be made 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival date or your deposit may not be refunded. If we are able to re-rent your room, a $50 processing fee will be deducted from your refund (if any).

Guests are responsible for payment of ALL nights reserved regardless of actual arrival or departure date. There will be no refunds for late arrivals or early departure.

Check – In & Check – Out

Check -In is available after 1pm.

Please let us know in advance your expected time of arrival.

Check-Out is 11am.

If you require a later check-out please ask and we may be able to accommodate you.

However we are a small Inn so please understand that this may not always be possible.
