To guarantee your reservation, we require payment in full for all bookings of less than 7 nights and a 50% deposit for any bookings of more than 7 nights. 10% discount is offered for all bookings of more than three nights. Weekly and monthly rates available on request. We have a policy of a minimum stay of at least 2 nights. Stays of seven nights or less are payable in full in advance. Enter the payment amount in U.S. dollars and PayPal automatically deposits your amount into Alix Wilson’s CTL business account.
If you have a bank account or PayPal account you may make an e-check payment.
Payment of Balance
The balance of your account must be paid in US Dollars or equivalent pesos upon check–in. We do not accept personal cheques, travellers cheques or credit cards for payment of the balance.
There are several Automatic Teller Machines (ATM’s) around the village where pesos can easily be obtained – keep in mind your daily withdrawal limit.
Rooms are rented by advance reservations only and must be confirmed by email.
We will hold the room/s reserved for the dates agreed.
We cannot be held responsible for travel delays, health issues, inclement weather or early departures. (You may want to take out travel & holiday insurance).
Because we are a small Inn, cancellations affect us greatly and whilst we sympathise with you in the event of any of the above issues occurring we adhere to a strict cancellation policy.
Should you cancel your reservation after it has been confirmed, you will forfeit your deposit in full.
Guests are responsible for payment of ALL nights reserved regardless of actual arrival or departure date. There will be no refunds for late arrivals or early departure.
Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-In is available between 1pm. and 9pm.
- Please let us know in advance your expected time of arrival.
- Check-Out is 11am.
If you require a later check-out please ask and we may be able to accommodate you. However, we are a small Inn so please understand that this may not always be possible.
